MidiMixer is an AUv3 plugin specifically tailored for use with AUM, offering comprehensive mix control and synchronized automation recording within AUM's timeline. This plugin enables simultaneous management of up to 12 AUM channels, allowing users to create and switch between 8 snapshots of their mixing settings seamlessly. Transitioning between snapshots with just a click is supported, with the ability to capture these transitions as part of your automation process.
One of MidiMixer's standout features is its robust automation recording functionality, enabling users to record real-time control adjustments or meticulously craft and edit automation paths using the visual editor while the track plays.
The plugin comes equipped with default AUM session templates that facilitate swift configuration for users ready to embark on creating their new musical piece.
MidiMixer operates by transmitting control messages to AUM and integrates seamlessly with AUM's default settings, ensuring a hassle-free setup experience. Standard functionalities include mastery over 12 AUM tracks and a group track for managing overall volume. Users can manipulate parameters such as fader positions, panning options, mute, and solo status for each of the 12 channels. Additionally, a customizable feature enables users to send personalized data to govern other AUM settings or external MIDI equipment.
